Small-batch dairy made the way it should be — with patience, real animals, and land worth passing down.
Our story
Next Generation Creamery started with a simple conviction: that good dairy comes from healthy animals, healthy land, and people who care deeply about both. We set out to prove that small-scale farming could produce something extraordinary.
Every batch we make carries that intention. We work slowly, on purpose — because the best things take time, and the land we tend today is the land we're leaving behind.
What we stand for
We believe food tastes better when you know where it comes from. Our farm is open — we put our names and faces behind everything we make.
We farm with the next generation in mind. Healthy soil, clean water, and a thriving herd aren't just good practice — they're the whole point.
We'll never scale past what we can do well. Small batches mean closer attention, better ingredients, and a product we're genuinely proud to put our name on.
What we make
Whole milk from our A2/A2 herd — easier to digest, richer in flavor.
Thick, creamy, and cultured slowly the old-fashioned way.
Fresh-pressed curds with that signature squeak. Best eaten the day they're made.
Custard-style ice cream made with our own milk and egg yolks. Unapologetically rich.
